We are developing the old tranditional Devon genetics. Noyl Boy M78 is one of our foundational sires, he has been deceased for over 25 years. This line is distinguished by the depth of body. We are line breeding to develop a consistency in our cattle. This is a July heifer from our herd sire Major, who is a Noyl Boy son, her dam is R78, a Noyl Boy daughter. This heifer weighed 650 pounds on 3-17-12. We hope to place her in our national sale this fall. We have an outstanding crop of fall calves by Major that will be ready to ween this spring.

Here are some pictures of what we've done inside the Market. Things are moving along very well. Here is the wainscoting. This is from cedar trees removed from the site where the Market is and from the fence line near it. We milled the wood just down the road with help from the folks at Timms Mill, http://www.timmsmill.com/ . It looks and smells great! Here is one of the windows trimmed out with the same cedar as the wainscoting. The hardwood flooring going in. We removed the old ceiling and decided to leave the rafts open. And here is an outside view of the market. Well the market is coming along. With May 18th coming soon we are working hard. I will up load some pictures soon. Its late right now and for some reason the picture uploader isn't working correctly.
